You know what I hate about this story? That it’s as close to reality as it gets. No one is evil here, the events of life turned their lives upside-down and all of them are suffering. That’s life for you.
I don’t really hate this story, but I’ll confess I come to read stupid crap to get away from reality, and this… this makes me reflect on my own messed up life.

He’s not evil. He’s just a stupid possessive moron. And I’ve met a good amount of people that behave like him for fear of being alone.
So true. This is what got me hooked. Because their life troubles and how they handle it is more realistic than most yaoi mangas and webtoons out there.
I mean lying to the one you “love” when he knew that his boyfriend was in the hospital and not missing seems pretty evil to me…. But okay…
I mean you know, people in real life aren't just chalked up to "evil" and "not evil". People do things for a reason. Like they said, he did stupid shit out of fear and obsession, but that doesn't mean that's the only side to him. There are many sides to a person. To be 'evil', the things he's done should've been from spite and malice, but it wasn't. It was in a place of vulnerability and desperation. What he did was very wrong and very stupid, but not "evil".
uh it was def malicious towards Yoon, especially how he even tried to drag his personal feelings into work. every villain is multidimensional, and has a motive for what they do, doesnt mean they arnt evil
Well, at that time he certainly was a selfish asshole. And I guess all depends on what definition of evil we’re using, I don’t think this is evil though, all of us are capable of despicable things in an attempt to protect ourselves; but imho, evil takes it even further, like when people take extreme actions or make malicious plans to harm others out of the contempt in their heart and to get something. This prick is desperate and is an idiot that can’t tell love apart from infatuation, he lied by omission, but evil would have been him planning for MC to be in that comma.
