Bruh it's disturbing in my country as well. If they invite you to anything and u dont go, you'll be called an arrogant mf to the face. There are people from different provinces and cultures.And these 'meetings' are just places where they suck up to them for advantages at the workplace especially if they are from the same hometown.Too obvious but they'll never be called out, 'cause they are being 'social' and not an ass licker.

Also, author's note says that it's office politics not that it was merely social like in rl, even though we know that even if in real life it's merely "social moral" to go, the higher ups make it pretty obvious that you have to go, but from there to being office politics it's a whole different level because it's downright an obligation, I mean in real life you may decline even if you're called rude, but in this manhwa it's different you have to because it's office politics and you obviously signed a contract, that's fucked up and scary.

Not that the manhwa it's bad, it's just that it doesn't even feel like it has a clear plot until now and it's already chapter 7, I wonder how manhwas like this sells, because for someone to buy something you need to give them an interest in the first 3 chapters, just like books, but until now it feels kind of empty, it lacks that tingling that keeps you waiting excited. As someone that constantly forget stuff I didn't like at all how the seme tricked him, you don't know how crazy it is when you feel that you did or did not do something but another person insists, so you don't know what to believe because you absolutely can't remember anything, and the moment that you remember that something did or didn't happen you can't say shit because they deny until the end and you're left like a crazy person or like a goddamned liar. In this comic the kiss and other stuff didn't happen so he's gonna go crazy asking himself stuff, or even creating false memories to justify that it did happen and he just forgot.
Something similar happened to me at work, the president of the company left to a tour on Europe so my other boss told me "here's this mini archive for desks, any letter or stuff directed at the president you put it there, it should be given to me but I may not be here and in that case my office would be closed so just put it in what I just gave you, also don't touch anything once you put it in there, they're pretty important papers" one day an invitation for the president came in so I save it away just like she told me to but did not look inside because I wasn't allowed to, turns out I was dumb enough to tell her one day that sometimes I forget stuff and she got hold of that, so the date for the invitation expired because she never took anything from the archive even when I told her, and then the people of the invitation called to ask why the president didn't show up to the reunion, so we obviously made out an excuse, but them she pushed the fault at me saying that she never told me to put the president stuff in that mini archive, that it was just for me to put papers, she denied until the end and scolded me in front of other people from other departments, I felt so bad and was so scared because it's my job we're talking about, I was going crazy trying to remember if what she told me didn't even happen, I was so confused and scared trying to remember anything different from what she said but she insisted and I wasn't even sure anymore because I thought that what she told me could have been a false memory that I made up to cover for my mistakes, but the more I thought the more I was sure that I was right, and I was! But it didn't even matter to anyone, it was a boos after all so no one said anything even though we know how she is. I wanted to cry so hard it was the worst day ever for me.
I knew that Dylan was suspicious, he casually appears on the day the mc have his heat, and out of all the things he encounters while going around the island, he finds and remember extremely well the bag and name of the mc. The moment he said he had the bag I knew he must likely wouldn't give it back.
