Let's say she did weight 100kg before and now weights 50kg, that was indeed on the heavy side. Well, depending on your height and overall physique obviously (big tiddies obviously take away from the heavy aspect).

Basically, the white dude with multiple eyes that was doing things to the mc's best friend (brown haired dude being taken care of by the weird doctor) betrayed cain and now cain has to fight a war with less resources than before and he ran away from the mc once he got healed from them copulating (Forgot if he is 100% healthy now or just above 90% healed or smthn) Anyway, he suddenly left before the mc woke up from the copulating/healing and the mc took care of the immediate situation and his best friend (who the white dude with multiple eyes that betrayed cain finalky let go and erased the memories of). Then the mc finally found out that cain ran away so he chased him down and went over a cliff to make cain come over to him. -In all this it seems the guy who betrayed cain was actually in love with the mc's best friend but being a broken af soul and a demon, he never fully understood-

Cain was trying to keep the mc safe by running away.

This plot is so clear, and don’t understand why I didn’t get it the first time....lol （￣へ￣）

That’s right. There were a bunch of statements, rude comments and the sorts thrown around. Russian site tried to clear up the situation but the translators were not having it so it just ended up turning kind of petty imo.

Well that's sounds just halarious. I saw something about it in Russian translatiors' group but thought that was a joke
