I didn't escalate anything. I simply told the original person to stop reading it. "Okay, I think I had enough" sounds like they want to stop reading it. Why continue to read something you dislike? How is BJ Alex story different from the other popular yaoi that have rape or rape-like themes? When you're done, you're done.

Telling them to stop reading it is escalating. It's rude, you can't tell them what to do when they clearly just want to talk to some people about what they're feeling. And BJ Alex is different because the characters are treated seriously, developed over multiple chapters and we know how all of them are feeling. It's not your 5 chapter one and done manga so the rape-y stuff feels more serious.

And also, most manga that do the rape trope actually have the seme apologize and just be bad at expressing his feelings which the uke eventually accepts. In this one, the seme is raping despite the fact that the uke already likes him, and then claiming that he doesn't want anything to do with him. It's basically completely different from every other yaoi rape trope manga because find me another seme that rapes an uke he doesn't even like and then proceeds to push him away?
