i read a beautiful manhwa a while ago, but the names of the characters were horribly changed into western names halfway through as the scanalator team changed. i know that they're working hard to provide the translations, but changing the names was really unnecessary. I really hated that, it had much more charm with it's original character names. The story was set in korea surrounded by korean people which started by using their orginal korean names
that was probably the official english translation you were reading then as they tend to do that unlike scanlation groups. i also prefer the original names but oh well it's better to just get used to it or just read the official one from the get-go
