I saw the Korean raws. From what I can gather, the card the guy had was before the ML. Remember he’d give out those cards to random guys he was attracted to? The guy happened to find the card in his jacket pocket and decided to see if it was real. Coincidentally, the MC was waiting on the ML, and he did realize it wasn’t the ML almost immediately, but he didn’t stop it. It’s a type of self-loathing, and the ML came and saw the MC. He understood and pretty overwrote what happened almost immediately. He was angry, but he understood.
