well he is in both story ... and gave even the smallest participation of being noticed by us the readers. also don't you wonder why kitada has a very flexible day but we all know he has a job that requires him to wear a suit. the second story before he scolded the two workers he specifically said he is a "store manager/owner" of that club. and my guess that the club open up at night.
