The 4th "Mugo" is the "divinity" of the three personalities.
We saw a similar figure in the big jar, with asshole mugo being the one it interacted with first. It could be that Asshole mugo is actually the real person of the three, which would be the reason why he's the one with the most time taking control of their body.
