Y'all I was able to read the chapter 11, and Hitomi is gonna have the disease too, I didn't understand much since was in Japanese, but Hitomi os going to the doctor talk about his worry about the isolation of the seme, and when he comes back home they have discussion ( the reason probably was jealously), and Hitomi out o nowhere becomes dizzy and in HEAT, with claws, and that's where the chapter ends. If you're curious just search the name in kanji (copy and paste) and put raws, is gonna show some sites. In all of them I was only able to find chapter 11 unfortunately.
