I’ve been doing my translation/scanlation hobby by using an app called “ArtStudio”.
I use the non-paid one, and still work pretty good. Once you learn how to use it, it is pretty easy by even using just your finger to do the editing. But it’s hard for a more detailed cleaning and redrawing.
