Okay in the beginning both of them are semes. They don’t sleep with people because of pleasure, they have reasons. The uke(seme in the beginning) sleeps for survival purposes. He’s not a manwhore tho. He only sleeps when he’s desperate (because he doesn’t want to hurt humans) and it’s not with random people. The seme slept with one (tho he never really finish it) to complete his mission. It was only in the beginning and the rest of the story are them being so into each other there are no third party or rivals that’ll give them a hard time to choose who to be with xD because both of them want to be together so bad. And ngl I got bamboozled at who was gonna be top and bottom. But yeah as someone who hates 3rd party/rivals, this is not one of those.

Yep the long haired uke is the one who can change his appearance. Since you say you were already spoiled he is a vampire who needs blood to be able to survive and gain his normal human-like appearance. But he can also get that appearance through sexual intercourse which is why he had to sleep with others in the beginning of the story :)
