I’ve tried it twice and have never gotten my uploads uploaded.
The first one I tried might it have not met the standards, then I tried uploading a notice, but it’s been about 24 hours and still nothing?
Any ideas?

My uploads usually get approved right away so I've never encountered this..
I was uploading official translations though..
The first try it was an official translation, but from an actual physical book that I took pictures from so maybe it didn’t meet the quality standards (but I’ve seen less than stellar uploads, so not sure what it is).
My second try was a notice because I was trying to upload some raws and couldn’t figure out that either so I uploaded them to an album on my homepage and wanted the notice so people could know to check out my albums.
Maybe I’m missing a step somewhere? I click on “upload chapter” then fill out the fields and click “save and next step”.
Oh I've seen book picture camera taken uploads in manga(s) but those were old old ones so they probably approved those at that time and is much stricter now.. As for the raws with Eng TL on the side it's probably because someone is already uploading that title with official tl. I checked Guiding Hazard and it said Jujucat so I think they're not approving because there's already a designated uploader. Jujucat is uploading the official ones for that so I don't think you should be uploading over them as well.. I'm not really sure but some uploaders don't like that so I usually ask for permission on message before I upload anything..
Did the authors agree to have their respective leads’ $hitty dads come around to mess up their love lives? Cus g*ddamn…I can understand it being hard to drop toxic parents, but it’s still infuriating.
I’m very, very picky with what I like.
Back in my younger days I read a lot more variety of stuff, but lately all I read is BL.
It’s not that I’m getting tired of it or anything, only that I’d like to have other topics of conversations. Usually I don’t bring up I like
BL unless it needs to be said.
I’m used to be ok with shonen, but after Bleach and Naruto ended, I I haven’t really seemed too interested in picking up any other “big” ones.
I have JJK in my back burner, but that’s about it. As much as I enjoyed AoT, I haven’t watched the final season or read the manga (didn’t care for the ending).
The only non-bl series I’ve read somewhat lately that I truly enjoyed was The King’s Avatar.
I’m tried Solo Leveling and I can see why people like it, I just couldn’t really get myself to like it.
I’ve been eyeing Omnicient Reader’s Viewpoint. Have heard good things about it.
I guess it comes down to this.
Any recommendations where there is no romance, or if there is romance the characters are not annoying about? Or if it happens, it doesn’t become the whole character’s personality?

If you want to try out some adrenaline inducing fighting type of story I would probably recommend
-lookism: really really good but maybe hard to get into of your new to this genre since it has a lot of chapters.. but if youre used to reading a lot of chapters I would say give this one a chance!
- how not to die: it's really good and a hidden gem. It starts of kind of cringey imo bit this gets resolved by chapter 10, but the story turns hella good if you keep reading and the last few chapters are really good as well.
- how to fight: really really fk good also, with this one you need to get used to it a bit, since you have a lot of second hand embarrassment in the beginning. But don't let it turn you off, as you read more and more chapters it gets better and better and it's really good

I recommend Debut or Die it has no romance at all this series has a strong grip on me there’s a novel and manhwa both are amazing it gets pretty intense sometimes though so be careful
Even after all these years I still haven’t found a shojo “romance” protagonist like Kiri. She’s my absolute favorite. So unfazed about everything, including her feelings. Even Haruhi couldn’t remain completely unfazed once she discovered her feelings for Tamaki.

I started this as a little project to help me read the raws better, but I’ve been MTL-ing chapters and uploading them onto albums on my homepage. They’re not pretty or maybe very accurate, but they’re serviciable to hold you over until the officials catch on.
Currently I’ve completed season 1 of Guiding Hazard (season ends on chapter 29) and working on D:AZE (currently the last released chapter is 53).
I’m thinking of working on Nerd project next ( currently on chapter 30 in Korean). Unless the official catches up before I’m done with DAZE.
There’s been a few times where I’ve created a topic on a series page, and when I go look for it later, it’s nowhere to be found. Does that happen to others too?

What are your old school recs?
I’ve been a fan for a loooong time, and it was a lot harder to buy merchandise back in the day.
So I got to thinking, where do you buy merchandise for your favorite series?
I found that it’s easiest to buy merchandise for Japanese and Chinese series.
I collect mainly figures. I stated buying on eBay , then I found Crunchyroll, The Good Smile Company, amiami, and eknight media for my figure needs.
eBay, Amazon and amiami for other types of merchandise like the actual books, posters, etc., as well as anime conventions.
For Chinese series I follow, I mainly get my merchandise from eBay.
But lately there has been an influx of Korean comics, and a lot of them have merchandise available and this is where Ive been having a bit of trouble.
I’ve barely stated getting into buying merchandise, but when I’ve tried, I either can’t find stuff or shipping is insanely expensive.

They will order for me everything they don’t already have, so I very rarely buy of the internet for merch.
I’ve been curious, I’ve had the T@pas app for a while now, but when I go look for some of the original series I followed when I first downloaded the app, I can’t find them in my library. Does anyone know if they retroactively remove series after some time or what? That’s the reason why I haven’t jumped in to buy Nerd Project from them. I don’t want to be throwing my money at them if later I will lose access to stuff I already paid for.
