I don’t mind when the characters have been promiscuous. Whenever that happens in any story, I always see in the comments people complaining about how they don’t like x sleeping around. I don’t care as long as it’s not cheating. Same for 3p. As long as they’re all in agreement, I don’t mind poly relationships in my reads.
