Right now my enjoyment for this series has gone down, the only silver lining is that I’m sure Sihwa will get Sohan out of this funk.
Sarah is an alien whose culture/race don’t have kids because they want to but more because they need them to fulfill a role, so as awful as she is, I can ignore her.
But Sohan’s mom is a human-who supposedly have kids because they want to, so she has no excuses.
My hypothesis is that daddy is going to try running off with Sohan’s winnings and will be intercepted by Sihwa who’ll tell him to f*ck off or else. At least that my hope.

They are trash, total trash, but just in general if you didn’t want one kid, what compels you to have another one? And as a cherry on top, act like a parent to that other kid?

The author released some special side stories in honor of year of the dragon where Jaehyuk is the dragon god and Yeon-oh is the sacrifice. L*zh*n ES released these special chapters and they are uncensored. I’m just wondering if L*zh*n US is going to release them at some point and if they do, are they going to be uncensored?

I liked that Sohan called out the sperm donor, but then he goes and caves in.
It could be cultural or it can be universal (my parents were good so I can’t say how I would react in a situation like this), but it annoys me when stories employ the “I’m your parent” card to break a character’s determination.
The only silver lining I see if Sihwa not letting Sohan fall into a dark hole again (and possibly kicking daddy dearest out of the house after his suppposed 2 month stint (because we all know he’s not gonna want to leave in 2 months).)
its not cultural. its actually more specific than that.
its actually individual. some people just have a soft spot and some just have harder walls to knock down.
even tho culture can influence. Everywhere, no matter the culture its still depends on the persons emotions.
