Something is really off about that friendship ( and we’ve seen Taehuyk be an a-hole, but we haven’t seen to what extent.) He must have been just a$$holish enough to not be hated/feared by Sihoo, but not “nice” enough to be forgotten?

And I’m reading what Arima really meant, but his words were very suggestive. Of course in a normal circumstance (not a yaoi plot) the other party would have either politely decline the invite (assuming he’s not interested) or asked for clarification.
I’ve read some comments of people saying the end was rushed or lacking, but I think it ended well enough. Some people have mentioned they would have liked more development or insight into the mother character, but I think her confession to Mizuki is enough to understand what kind of person she is and unfortunately I don’t think Mizuki can cut off ties with that toxic relationship (his mother). She came off as pathetic, but deep down I feel she’s manipulative. By admitting her pathetic-ness, she’s essentially blackmailing her son into remaining by her side because she doesn’t know how to be alone. It’s sad, but there is a glimmer of hope that Mizuki will one day be able to wean off his mother. And regardless of what we think as readers, as a character, in Mizuki’s mind, everything that happened between him and Shinobu-san was consensual from the beginning (he said so himself) so he has his relationship with him to help him del with his desperate mother.
Even though they are not officially “dating” since Hajin turned him down even before Hangyum could finish asking, though.

In chapter 27, Hangyum will do something sweet. Kind of like Hajin is acting like a boyfriend in this, Hangyum will act like a boyfriend in the next. Not saying what but it is in my summaries. Hhehehe
Aww...this is my favorite type of romance...Hangyum is going about things all wrong, but I don’t think he’ll ever purposely hurt Hajin.
As for what I meant with my last paragraph, I was just thinking that when Hangyum discovers that Jaehee is the ex, he might feel threatened and finally get the courage to actually confess to Hajin instead of going around in circles.
