So, this has been licensed by Tokyopop and I want to buy it, but I’m hesitant because it looks like they rendered Yuiji’s name as “Yuji” and that bothers me.
I’ll probably take the plunge since I really like this story, but I am just bothered with the fact that they might have gotten Yuiji’s name wrong.
BTW, volume 1 is scheduled for release May 19

Licensed Spanish version his name is Yuiji Hasegawa.

Thanks. The fact that his name might have been mistranslated bothers me. I might look into buying the Spanish version instead.

So in the chapter Wonyoung thinks “F- my job, Yoon Tae Joon’s love is more important” so....is he gonna confess anytime soon? Or is he just going to “quit” his spying “job”?
Btw, this chapter was super cute

I don’t necessarily mind the “toxic relationship turning into something real“ trope, but reading this latest chapter from Karino’s perspective makes me think that this is not your typical toxic relationship seen in yaoi because I think Karino is a real sociopath. Whereas most other series w/ a$$hole characters don’t delve deeper into their a$$holishness and you just assume it’s due to a bad upbringing or whatever; you can sympathize with those characters. This glimpse into Karino’s mind doesn’t show anything that could make the reader sympathize with him, making him come off as just plain and simply, evil. Maybe he’ll come to care for Azusa (as much as a sociopath can care), but hopefully after all is said and done it ends as a learning experience for them and they walk their separate paths, because as much of an arrogant prick Azusa can(or was) be, he’s not sociopathic or psychopathic. He’s actually human, Karino is just playing a part in order to seem “human”.

after reading so many cliche yaoi, I doubt they would break up or go to their "separate" ways.
poor Azuse, I feel bad for him.

Seriously, it’s sad that there are families like that in the world that drag everyone around them for their own gain or for appearances.
Hopefully in the end, both Heejae and Taekyung get their happy ending.
F*ck their families!

It’s up to chapter 9 already. They are churning out the chapters really fast...not sure how far along it’s in the original Korean, though.

I can’t understand a lick of Korean so I can’t really tell what is truly going on, but I think there is a time skip in chapter 97( which is the latest chapter on toonkor)...this series is one I wish was maybe licensed. I appreciate the work of the translation team, but if it was licensed it may get faster releases. Not sure if it’s close to the end, since I can’t understand Korean, but even if it ends at 100 we still have a ways to go before the English releases get there.

So Hanwool is gonna pretend to be Hangyum, I’ve been wondering, in universe, are both twins supposed to have the same hair color? Reason I am asking is because how can Hanwool pretend to be Hangyum if their hair color is different?

Mi Amore Anon February 4, 2020 3:38 am

Hangyum dyes his hair blonde (in a poster in a future chapter it will be black). His hair color is the same as his brother. Look at flashbacks chapter 21 would have them both in a flashback

Mi Amore Anon February 4, 2020 3:51 am

Also it’s only the case with Identical twins, fraternal twins don’t look alike. One set of twins one girl pale caucasian with red straight hair the other African American girl with curly black hair.

Hangyum and Hanwool are identical twins

My bad!!!! It has been years since I look at the article. The other has a dark skin tone and not African American. Their mother is half Jamaican. The are biological-twins..

Look up “The Science Of How These Twin Sisters Look So Different”. That should get you to the article

    Nobody February 4, 2020 4:31 am

I remember that Hajin mentioned the color being different in a previous chapter when thinking about high school Hangyum. I guess I worded it wrong, I meant, this time around is Hanwool going to go blonder? I doubt Hangyum can so easily change his looks, being as he is a public figure and all?
Has it been stated they’re fraternal and not identical? I know fraternal twins don’t necessarily need to look alike, but from the feeling I get in universe, I think they are supposed to be identical.
I am just wondering what they’re going to do about the hair.

Mi Amore Anon February 4, 2020 4:40 am

I don’t remember Hanji talking about the hair... hmm. I have to look. As I stated for how they talk they are identical twins. Public figures change their looks at the time. I think maybe you could reread my messages.... and since I have seen up to 30 and you seem to want to know. Hanwool will not dye his hair, he will left it their natural hair color. The poster I am talking about is not that old of a picture. Hangyum had his hair black, then to blonde. Why would Hanwool have to dye his hair away from his natural hair color, even if he was trying to convince Hajin he is Hangyum?

Yukiro Sugisaki is notorious for leaving series undone, so I’m not sure I want to get emotionally invested in this series and run the risk of her flaking out on it....it’ll be sad

Nobody February 1, 2020 9:20 am

I was so disappointed last chapter when Wonyoung lost his edge cus of that inopportune call. Glad the confession didn’t get dragged out for more chapters.
Thanks guys for all your hard work on this series.

I’m usually not bothered by these type of plots, but somehow I found myself a little bothered this time around.
