The best friend is an asshole, through and straight and not even in a good way. I get that they're friends and its supposed to be comedy, what some people would say 'that's what friends are for', but to do at such length as selling your friend's privacy infos like it's an item? Are ypu fking with me? Even I don't go that far. We may joke around but we also have limits to what we can do as a friend. The friend only cared about himself almost all the time. If this is like one or two times I can let this slide but this is too much. I only stayed because of the story is really interesting that I put that problem aside. I would've immediately cut him from my life if I were the ML.
