I think the flashback in this chapter might have happened right before seo in left and never saw yeongwoon again bc the brother mentioned seo in had a flight and the brother’s hands were really cold and back in ch 17, seo in kept calling yeongwoon before his flight and it was snowing. So yeongwoon was being bullied probably at that exact time and seo in had no clue about anything that was happening based on the way he acts now and thinks yeongwoon abandoned him. Their lore goes really deep and I’m really excited to learn more as this unravels, it’s really sad tho :( poor yeongwoon
