51 chapters in.. this manhwa isn't anything too grand. i think the concept is interesting but the writing just feels kind of flat imo. i'm curious about how the story's gonna end so ill let the chapters stack up. pausing for now. i reccomend it if you're bored and just want something to read to pass time ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

is it bad to say i find it what he did in chapter 72 to be so OOC?? honestly i don't know what the rating of this webtoon is ngl so that could be a factor, but theres NO way the author made us go through ALLL of that build up just for the moment they finally do it to be lackluster and unsatisfactory. i genuinely just find it so hard to believe he would just be so.. overbearring?? but like in a bad way??? like wtf was that chapter bruh

TBH, I feel like the author ruined Seongjun's character. I'm currently on chapter 76, and at least in my opinion, it doesn't make sense for him to act like that towards Baram?? Like, he's a smart guy, so I find it confusing for him to be oblivious to how forward he's acting towards Baram is making her feel. It's like they made him disregard her feelings just because he likes her, which is odd because he was so quick to catch onto her discomfort in previous situations before. I loved his character at first since it seems like they were getting to be good friends after clearing up the misunderstanding, but now it just feels like the author went backwards..?
I just feel as if he's not the type of person to force someone to like him. I skipped to the afterward prior to writing this comment part of my comment... He isn't supposed to be villian according to the author. However, the way his character is written after he and Baram clear up the misunderstanding and onwards is just... not it. Still going to finish the manhwa. I'm just disappointed about how his character is developing towards the end. He's acting like a total jerk. ( TДT)
I skipped to the end to see how this story would unfold because I was impatient.
to be honest, I wasn't expecting the story to unfold the way it did. I'm very surprised, and not sure whether or not I was expecting for the story to unfold a completely different way. don't get me wrong, this is an amazing story, but the whole fiasco with jia felt like it was to make the story drag out a bit longer? I think the reason why I don't feel that content with this manhwa is because of how jia was handled. I understand that she has trauma, but in my opinion it feels like she just got let off the hook with zero repercussions..
pausing for now, but i'll come back and update this with my full thoughts after completing all of the chapters. ( ゚ェ゚)
