First, the trap that Medea set before is a double trap so the father didn't know Medea's real plan. Then, after Medea got back home, she found out what happened when she was gone then decided to call the butler that serves the duke. Medea asked him if he was paid by Marquess Horren (or idk his translated name, in Indonesian raw his name is like that). Medea gave him 2 choices, to keep following the duke or to stay alive when the situation turns around. He chose the second one.

Medea's father became suspicious of her and keep a look out for her. Medeia's request for a session got rejected by Eros who invited Medea to the castle after that.

Moving on, we're going to see Psyche getting sick from love sickness after rejecting Eros. Well yeah duh, she loved him for dk years. She heard about the invitation and got worried.

Alright, back to our queen Medea. She went to the castle. They got on to a boat. He firstly asks to just let him handle the court case then asks Medea to be his crown princess as a trade. He then kisses Medea (with tounge ultimately) and Medea found out the fact the reason behind this behavior (Psyche in Medea's body cried then got kissed by Eros. This event leads him into thinking that Medea loves him.) And ofc, Medea took advantage of this by using the push and pull tactic (such a queen!)

The next day, Medea visits Psyche. Psyche falls to her knees and finally tells her about the accident, and Medea doesn't mind it, furthermore, she's more worried for Psyche (hello Psyche x Medea ship, you're being feed). Then Medea told her to rise but Psyche understood that Medea needs to look like she's tormenting Psyche, decided to just sit down like that (dang the character development *chef kiss*)

After that, Medea left the household and went to an informant, Eros' man tailed her then buy the information she bought, which is 'Who are the people who knew about her family's trial request". Eros thought she wanted to control the information, then decided to help her by burning the informant place. The one who owns the informant place is Marquess Horren. He decided to hold an urgent meeting with other nobles who then decided to request a special court case to be held to ruin Beliard household.

The first step for that is the servants that resigned themselves back then from Beliard household. The nobles thought that they were Medea's spies and they decided to kill them. Heli helped the one who were still alive under Medea's request. Medea already calculated everything. She already knew the rumours circling around between the servants back then, then she sent the servants who resigned to the households that were keeping an eyes for Beliard household. Then all of this happened and she helps them to stay alive. Now they came back, pledging their loyalty to Medea. All planned.

Now back to Phell, he talks to Dekis (Medea's brother) and asks him what does Medea meant for him. He always thought that she's his precious little sister. He always sent her affectionate letters between brother and sister but she only sent him letter regarding the Beliard family. That's why he's happy that phell was sent to meet him, and thinking that he's important to Medea. Phell got nervous since their nature is so different with each other, then went with the formal speech. The main topic hasn't been talked yet, we need to wait again (smh)

Medea's father finally meets with Marquess Horren when the noble assembly is being held. He reached to a conclusion which is Marquess Horren was scheming to break apart his and Medea's relationship. Reaching the end of the assembly, Marquess Horren tried to spill the tea about Beliard household, but Eros stopped him and told him to have a talk only with Eros. All the nobles were dismissed except Marquess Horren then, he tried to tell him, but surprise surprise, Eros already knew (yeah duh, and he tried to steal Medea's glory by doing the so called transaction before) and told Marquess Horren to shut the f up. Marquess Horren went home and got pissed then suddenly Countess goth came by and offers him some help.

At the end of the chapter, Medea asked to his father "If you need to choose what to save between the family or your daughter, what would you choose?"

I often want to mediate between my friend if they're fighting, since it's in my nature, and i really understand mc's feeling. I got told by my ex-classmate that im too meddlesome and annoying. From then i tried not too meddle when someone's fighting. We're not trying to lecture you or something, we're trying to make everyone get along, that's it.
