I understand your intentions are borne of good will and commend you for it, but I hope you also recognize that a lot of BLs are really harmful/toxic (unfortunately, rape and abuse is frequently romanticized), and that they might not be the best vehicle to help him feel comfortable with his identity. I hope you take care in what you recommend to him. I'm sure he'll be looking for stories centered around gay identity and romance, sp I think it's advisable to tell him that not everything he reads in mangas esp will be a reasonable reflection of irl gay identity and conduct. You probably do have to keep track of which ones he reads though. Coz like that one person said, some of them are toxic and romanticize relationships that shouldn't be. Which can portray mlm in a bad way. If you need some recommendations that actually portray mlm in a relationship manner I have a few good one's that are fluffy and realistic. I have to see if the apps I'm thinking of have them but google isn't the best but you can surely try to translate photos and translate them to Arabic
