Because not everyone here reads things only for smut scenes, some of us want to be able to actually understand things.
I am too but I just love to see dom see and sub uke like I love that stuff. Also people have their own reasons for reading yaoi and smut scenes is just one of the many reasons why I like yaoi

Meaning it's only a preview of a story that's in the making. Tho it's not easy to say when the story will start and many of these stories have the habit of changing the artwork later on when the story is actually published AND some even alter things we've seen in the promo. So be aware of that stuff for future webtoons (especially when it comes to the medieval reincarnation romance stories). :'D
