I believe Yachiro wouldn't do that with the brother. Regarding that hotel, there are two possibilities that come to mind:
1. The brother invited him to "play" so he no longer virgin but Yachiro rejected him halfway
2. Yachiro asked the brother for a lot of advice about sex
