Well korean writing can be pronounced it quite different ways and since the original manhwa is korean, she had trouble peonouncing his name. And theres also matter of there being different kinds of syllables and other compkicated stuff idek.

I didn't read the novel, just some spoilers and apparently, Rejeph is gonna be so possessive about Cayena, he'll end up killing her Nanny (the one who's like a mother to her). After that, Cayenna will be so angry with him, she'll decide to take away the throne from him and becomes the empress herself. As for him, He will be exiled.
