Searching for a manga

I'm searching for a manga. It’s a college love story. The girl and the boy met in a group blind date probably. Boy was younger. They fell in love. But haven’t confessed yet. And then the girl found out it was her ex's younger brother. Probably ex's name was natsu, girl's name was hikari and the boy was Izumi. I'm guessing the names. Not sure about it. Can you find it for me please?
