Bruh, imagine your people being wiped out all bc some dumbass broad chose some shitty man over your people. It wasn't rape because she consented. The problem arises because Eli(the ml) was too rough and did not believe Edna(the fl) was a virgin therefore, did not even prep her.
That is a low point in the manga/Manhattan but He apologized and she forgives him. It's a very good story so I hope that didn't deter you from reading!
