I have Cacchi ricci disease or medullary sponge kidney disease. I was born with two kidneys that have a bunch of benign tumors but because of that my kidneys can't filter waste well. My husband's is salty and bitter. Makes my throat clench some times. I typically spit it out but last time he surprised me and shot a load into my throat before I could catch it in my mouth. I've never had anyone else's but I would say 0/10 do not recommend.   2 reply
