Wow, this was the most mature take on non-communication I’ve ever seen. Like it’s not just characters being dumb and causing problems for themselves and being ignorant for the sake of moving the conflict along. Hyuk acknowledged that communication should be the first course of action, but he was also self-aware enough to know that he wasn’t ready to dive head first like that. He had actual reason for him not communicating, and I honestly love it a lot.

It’s super weird for me. Because I’m honestly rooting for Jaewoo at this point for the sole reason that he’s the one who developed the relationship with Ohn. He might’ve gotten help with the stepping stone of complimenting Ohn’s writing from Seowoo, but literally everything else wa small him, and he’s the one who developed the trust between the two. It’s obviously sad since Seowoo was the one who originally had a crush on him, but he’s been using his brother as a shield for so long, and I just don’t feel right invalidating Jaewoos feelings like that. But my main issue with the potential of them working out is the fact that this entire time he’s been pretending to be his brother, and that’s a disaster waiting to happen in terms of Ohn’s trust in him. They’re both at fault for this situation, but I honestly feel better about Ohn being with Jaewoo despite him not knowing that he’s not Seowoo. It’s like using your brother as a tool to gain someone else’s trust and then swooping in when they finally get close to that person, it’s just super screwed up for both parties.

Omggggggg Sooin turning into a vampire made him a power bottom?!!?!??!!! I love this so much. And Chi-Hwan calling him master???? This is the absolute perfect development. Putting Sooin in a position of power after he spent his entire life feeling weak and helpless…. Just…. Chefs kiss. This is phenomenal.
Also I really like how reactive Hwan is sexually now because of the effect of him as a link getting his blood sucked. I always knew he enjoyed doing stuff with Sooin, but all we ever got out of him was a slight blush on his cheek. He was always super cool and stoic. Now he’s trembling and begging and blushing like crazy and it’s just so different from how it was before the finale.

I’m getting real sick and tired of crying every time I read these chapters. It’s just so wholesome and well developed and loving and it gives such a warm feeling in my chest and agh. The absolute cutest characters I’ve ever seen. The story isn’t too packed with depressing drama. Not a smidgum of toxicity. This is some good bl…

Awwwwww Seonjae stopped being a huge jerk! I admit I started hating him when he as well as everyone else was being so inconsiderate of how sick, down, and depressed Juwon was despite him constantly looking out for everyone and resolving issues and cleaning and etc. When he took was walking with Dongha to get a hangover cure for Juwon, and Dongha felt as though Juwon hated him because he wasn’t trying to get any of his “love stickers” or whatever, Seonjae basically said “You’re right! He doesn’t think of you as special at all. However, I do, so you should love me and not him!”. It was just so underhanded and crappy and I literally never forgave him after that. It truly hurt to watch as all the vampires fought to snatch Dongha away and wouldn’t let Juwon get even a second alone with him, and ignored how obviously depressed Juwon was. Anytime Dongha and Juwon were talking alone, he’d always notice and swoop in to take Dongha away because he knew that Dongha was too considerate to deny him, yet he didn’t notice how Dongha was getting harassed by a pervert. He was just so inconsiderate and ignored how severely depressed Juwon was about Dongha, and even when he was depressed, he was still doing a better job looking out for him than any of the other vampires! When Seonjae was complaining that Juwon wanted someone to look after him, Juwon brought up the great point that he’s always looking after everyone else even when they aren’t sick. And yet Seonjae was still a dick to him, and only took care of him after that to look good in front of Dongha! Seonjae was guilt-tripping him, attacking him, making him feel like garbage and like his feelings weren’t valid, all so that he could get closer to Dongha. He was just the worst brother possible. He started improving when Dongha clearly rejected him, and it was super funny to see his crying face so often, and now he’s finally stopped being an underhanded asshole. Love that development.

Alex better stop being so goddamn charming because the Taehwan hate train is looking reaaaaal good right now.
Hear me out, what if the main character in a bl/yaoi manga didn’t have to wait patiently for the main love interest to stop being toxic and didn’t have to spend the majority of their relationship showing their “love” through constant intense subservient sexual release? What if the main character just fell in love with someone hot and kind and loving and open because they’re hot, kind, loving, and open! It hurts to watch Yeonwoo fall down to his knees the second Taehwan opens his mouth and while they have to sneak around to hook up every other day, especially when I can’t help but imagine how joyfully and openly Alex would parade Yeonwoo around as his boyfriend, and he’d do it with pride. But sure, I guess convincing your sex partner to secretly where a vibrator while he’s going throughout his school day is better than a happy and healthy relationship lmfao.
I guess I just hate how yaoi mangas feel the need to sacrifice romance, consent, loving actions, etc. for the sake of making things !!!!!SUPER ULTRA SEXY!!!!!... Like imagine if we could get the best of both worlds with super attractive characters that openly like each other and are romantic and loving and aren’t tiptoeing around as if they’re committing the awful crime of being gay, while also thriving sexually. Also while skipping over the whole “the guy I have a crush on is a closeted evil asshole who I have to wait 40 chapters for him to develop as a character in a way that may actually not make him a horrible person to attempt to have a real healthy relationship with.” Conflict doesn’t have to come from the main characters being horrible people lmao, or from r*pe, blackmail, extortion, manipulation, kidnapping, drugging, and every other horrible toxic yaoi trope.

AYO I’VE BEEN SAYING THIS FOR EVER. I really, really wish that there were more healthy, loving relationships in yaois, as they all seem to have some rapey element, or if not that, someone’s super toxic and gets “reformed” by the other in the relationship. If these were real couples, they would never work out. Anyways, if you want a recommendation for a really healthy relationship that has problems that stem from outside of the relationship, I recommend Dark Heaven by Juns
Why do people have to be so nosy and loud mouthed? Like how tf would you know about the presidents secret child? Who tf are you to be spreading a rumor like that? Why tf would anyone be interested in that when you aren’t close with them and just spilled a drink on their shirt? Why was that knowledge imperative to know at that exact moment? Have you ever tried putting the shut to the up? I think you should try putting the shut to the up.
