True that was the main goal. Plus it's not the 21st century. Y'all are acting as if a runaway noble lady could survive on her own without being kidnapped, assaulted or worse killed. Women back then didn't have as much access to jobs as people do today. And even if she did sell some jewelry and raise money for herself do you really think it'd last that long? And even if it did what about other factors like safety and health? As a runaway she won't have access to guards nor private doctors. You can't guarantee your life alone. That being said, it wouldn't even be easy to runaway from all the drama both metaphorically and literally because she's part of the De mare family. She'll ALWAYS be part of the drama as long as she lived. There was no way she could use the "I'll make my family love me!" trope not only bc those only work if the family has love to give (they only have hatred and envy) but bc of her own trauma and disgust towards them. "What about seperating from her family?" Ok and how will she do that? She can't get a job unless she has connections and even then she won't have enough grounds to seperate from her noble and powerful family which by the way, probably won't let her go either because it would cause rumours about them and what they value the most is their image. So you see she might not have chosen the best route, but it's the route where she'll have a bit more control/stability than the other choices theoretically.

This story is so beautifully written and has such complex characters. I can’t hate anyone so far I see all sides of the story. The story focuses on classism, rich vs poor, empathy and ignorance. This isn’t a simple story where you just pick a side it takes nuance and critical thinking to examine why each ch racer feels/acts in the way they do. I love the fl and the ml because they reflect my own conflicting views. I’ve always been anti-rich(since I grew up poor) now that I’m well off I can see that not all rich people are evil but that dosent make hoarding wealth good…. Anyway I love this story and the art
The pacing in the first 2 chps is odd. The writer just added those lashes to her back out of nowhere I wanted to enjoy this but I think the comedy is too strong and the fl lacks not personality but maybe realism? Idk but she just accepted reincarnation straight away she’s weird but not in a fun way more of a bad writing way ┗( T﹏T )┛

It's more realistic to me to go wild if you suddenly gets into your favorite work of fiction (or in her case acting normally. She was en route to destroy authors house which is pretty weird already) and just enjoy it. It's better than suddenly changing their personality and mentality and becoming kinda docile like many mcs?
