I can see the misunderstanding but the last person he "cheated" on Eunsuk with was that old guy but that wasn't consensual. It was implied that the old guy was threatening his father AND Eunsuk. He even said something along the line of, "He didn't want to have sex with (Old Guys name) but he didn't say no." After that incident he was loyal to Eunsuk. He did consider Eunsuk feelings but he felt like he had to sleep with old guy ( i just can't remember his name) or bad things would happen.
