What does he mean with he doesn't do penetration? It's like, he never penetrated someone or someone has never penetrated him?

He has done it before, but because it hurt so much with his past relationships he isn't a fan of being penetrated because he doesn't want it to hurt. Later, Matthew says "of course it hurt, foreplay is very important before penetration" after haeyoung says that he never had foreplay last that long. Hope that helped!

4 YEARS!!!???
No way! I need to know what happened why is hyung still at uni? he wasn't that far from graduating (I think) or was he 20?
I didn't understand what Jungwoo's dad meant with "You aren't even making a deposit to those people who beat you up and you want to give them something." Or something like that, it's like... he has to give to hyung parents money for the trouble? what's that?

I don't remember those sempais, are they a couple? Because I hope so XD

Akisawa used to be an upperclassman from the school the club is from. He was a senior (along w Minami) when Akemi and Itome were freshmen. He was also part of the photography club. The chaperone teacher is someone he used to have a thing w back when he was a student (so teacher x student basically) . But the club members keep it a secret so long as he agrees to look after their club lolol. But yeah, they had a thing before for sure, but right now I think they just having a fling bc it seems like they don't see each other very often anymore bc of their jobs.
"If you're the one who bought it, it must be good since it's expensive."
I thought Youngmin was gonna be the one explaining Jungwoo that money doesn't grow on trees, he was a little uneasy at first with the presents but then he just went with the flow and at some point is like, "Dude, you should tell him something, not everyday is christmas." I hope the extras show a development like Jungwoo not dropping his therapist sessions because he really needs them, both do need them. Now they are working hard but the splurge of money has always been there and that's what bothers me.
