- Read fluffy yaoi
- Take regular breaks (in my system there are no punishments for not doing tasks, only rewards for finishing them)
- Have an app that breaks down activities into smaller more manageable tasks
- Treat episodes as rewards for finishing tasks, you can do the same with snacks

sorry for my English but the story is about a child who got abused by a neighbor and then one day the parents hear the child and find their child and report the man, after many years the child grow up and was always regretting screaming that day "because they abuser left" and he find his abuser by chance and apologize for him and they become a couple
