For me I think the issue lies with their update schedule, since it takes so long often times people forget about it. Sekai Ichi and junjou romantica updates like once a year (if we're lucky), megumi tsugumi updates 5 times a year, Dakaichi is on hiatus. Not a BL but Yumeiro Patisserie finally got updated/translated here after 10 years.
