im unsure of that, because the original orical that lead to the empror being crowned was an orical of "the sun will rise to be emperor" so he came running because he sees himself as the representation of the sun with his blondish hair and handsome face, but hes a tyrant ruler..
Also it was FL who compared her "husband" to the moon and the emperor to the sun only to then get her orical. For all we know the curent emperor was never ment to be the ruler, it might have been the husband that was prophesised about, but because the now emperor came forward and compared his own "looks" to the sun.. ppl belived it.. i mean who in their right mind crowns a tyrent emperor when there is a perfect emperor candidate in his brother who is both loyal, nobel, dignified, capable both in war and rueling..

Yup, it's hard to find the drama cd on the internet, though. Even the physical cd is so rare it's hard to find someone selling it since it was a limited merch from the magazine's issue back in 2018. But yeah, there was an official article about it where they gave the name of who voices sensei, JK, and Kazuma.
