I get what's going on now, since he's someone with 67 talent plates the most that as been recorded before. He must be talented that's why he can see all the information in the screens for safe zones. It's just that he should of activated them when he was 20 years old and in the toutorial (my own opinion).
What are the 67 plates? They could be 67 different guardians or skills.

I have realised something with these Idol mangas. Why are they always about Idol groups instead of Solo Idols because I know there are solo idols as well since some anime and manga as solo idols.

A Singer sells their music. A singer has more freedom of expression. A singer does not need to dance. A singer can be ugly.
An Idol sells an image and dream. They are restricted in dating, eating, and personality. They cater to the fantasy of fans. An Idol also must uphold a certain level of beauty and image of innocence and purity. They have to be able to sing and dance at the minimum level. Rapping if they are an all rounder. Idols must entertain and interact with fans. Their job does not end at singing and making music. Idols have a high level parasocial relationship with fans.
The difference between an Idol and a singer is evident in the definition of the word Idol (def: an object of worship).

It is very hard to do that because they will always be an Idol first and foremost. That is the image ingrained in the mind of fans as well as their peers.
And Actually most rappers, singers, and dancers look down on idols. They are not acknowledged as "true" singers, etc. Most have to prove themselves after going solo. And even then, they may always be associated with being an Idol. The most famous examples of these are when Suga and Rapmonster from BTS changed from undergound rappers to Idol trainees. They were viewed as not proffessional rappers anymore. They are skilled and talented but being an idol comes with stigma that you don't take your craft as seriously and rely on your face only. Another example is Lay Zhang from Exo. He was once on a singing TV Show and all the singers looked down on him until he proved himself. And tbh, most groups have famous members and less famous members. As a group they can make profit but as individuals, to be blunt, singing is not a viable career. Hence why you will see Idols going into acting, variety show, and singing and modeling. Some do continue making music but they don't have the same rapport as they would have as a group and that all comes down to company support, their own talent, and luck.
To address the longevity of an Idol career, there is not necessarily an age limit. You can see this with Idols like IU who is 30+ but still continue to sing and make music. However if we are being blunt, a idol probably peaks in their 20s. They are more youthful appearance wise and their physical body can keep up with the insane work schedule/dancing and performing better than a 30 year old. It is just like any sport professional out there who retire by 30s-40s due to injuries/body no longer performing the same.

Not all the people you are aquatiance to in the future are going to be the same in the past. The healer girl must of gone through a lot to turn out that the way she was in the future just like how he went through a lot. Now when he went back to the past he already different as well because of his experience.

I do find the MC a lazy and stupid, I know he's been work to death in his last life but he doesn't have to hide how strong he is. Just showing how strong he is he can make his reals however he wants but he doesn't think like that.
The stronger you are the less people can control what you do even if they tell you do something you dont want to do, he can always say no. He can still work 9-5 and be strong.

I think I read to much those type of manhua , showing off to much when still have not enough power to protect your beloved and act like he's the king of the world or manhua with mc that is already very strong but very clueless or airhead and flocking with girls with the pose almost like urgent want to go to the toilet .
So this manhua is good for me

I imagine it as a similar situation to what goes on in Saiki K (or One Punch Man frankly). This MC has to suppress his cultivation because he can't control his strength. If he did do something without his limiter there could be world destruction-level consequences. For this story, if he does something there's a possibility of him making a breakthrough and undergoing heavenly tribulation, which might destroy everything around him. I mean he IS lazy, but there's also a reason for it. He also gave his teacher the pendant thing that saved his life when he was in mortal danger, and kept saving his fellow disciples when they really couldn't handle situations too. So it's not like he doesn't help. For all we know the 9 to 5 thing is partially due to his cultivation. Like he has to spend a lot of mental energy suppressing his powers if he tries to fight, so he can only do it for a certain amount of time or something. Or due to his past life it's easier for him to suppress his cultivation when fighting from 9 to 5 since he's already used to doing things he doesn't like during those times (like working). His irritation at having to work overtime could also cause problems for suppressing his powers too due to unstable mental state or whatever. On the other hand, he could just be lazy and I'm overthinking things lol.

*Respectfully* I disagree about him purely not wanting to die and that being the only reason why he's suppressing his cultivation. It's probably part of the reason since he does say that, but if that were the only reason he wouldn't have been suppressing it for so long. But, even if that is the case, can we really call him selfish for not wanting to die? I mean I know he's not real and is the protagonist of a martial arts story, but I don't think we should be expecting people to risk their lives just because they have some ability to protect others. People can choose to do that, but they shouldn't be expected to. And even with his fears of triggering the tribulation, it's not like he doesn't do anything to help his sect. I mean his motivations for helping might be to protect his current daily life, but it does end up helping everyone even if it's only a byproduct. Are his motivations somewhat selfish? Yes, but whose aren't lol. Most people won't go out of their way to help others unless it benefits themselves in some way, be that physical benefit or just self-satisfaction from doing something good. Even fewer people will help others when it actively puts their own lives at risk. There are exceptions obviously, and all the goodwill I can muster goes out to people like that who exist in the real world, but people shouldn't be expected to behave like that by people who aren't behaving like that themselves. Not targeting anyone in particular, I'm basically just saying don't be a hypocrite by expecting others to sacrifice their lives or livelihood for you when you wouldn't do the same. I get that this is a story and we treat characters in books as the ideal in lots of cases. I don't think he's being selfish, he's just being a realistic human lol. I tend to connect a bit too much with characters in stories and treat them as if they were real people (which is why I often defend characters like now lol), but there's also a lot to learn from characters in books by treating them that way. I know it's somewhat ironic to say that on this site though lol.

He should of know what the bully would come to his house when he realised who he was when he was disguised as a woman.
Why is the mc not buying skills for, he as thought the people with skills but he still hasn't bought any skills for himself instead he thinks he needs weapons first but I think having a skill is better. Look at the shadow ability, you can do a lot with that.

I think the mc is annoying, he keeps telling everyone that he's half-baked because that what his master told him when he was a child but he created a potion that made him young again.
I find him stupid as well, since he's an alchemist you would want to see what the other potions are like that the other alchemists can do. Instead he thinks everyone can do the stuff he can since he's half-baked.
I find it stupid that the mc hasn't realised that the alchemy he knows might be better than the alchemy they know since the whole civilization as downgraded. Since not many people have multiple attributes and the technology that they have insn't advanced so why as the mc not realised that the same thing could of happened to alchemy. Since alchemy needs more than 1 attribute of magic since the present alchemists uses magic tools when they do alchemy which downgrades the potions.
Seriously, he's suppose to be the master but yet he's like her slave and I can't believe all his 3 disciples became evil cultivators when he's not even one.
