I am throughly frustrated with the ML and that Ian guy too. Can they not like put their stupid romantic rivel bull crap ego aside for camellia for like a day and LET HER SEE HER MOTHER???? ML WTF ARE YOU DOING HIDING LETTERS FROM HER TO HER MOM AGAIN?!?! Also the revolution plot was so fun to read about too because so much could have played for her in that after finally getting revealed as a women in society and one that is a bastard in specifically the slums area over there. They're definitely should have been a time skip after her getting to revealed that she's a women, the king finding out and THEN being like you actually um can't get married to the ML because of you slum blood AAANNNDDD then FINALLY seeing her mother and helping with the cause even man. The guy in charge of said revolution was questionable for suuurreee, he wasn't my favorite BUT he was fun to keep reading about and discover like the more reason why or why he's just super gray then. LOVE LOVE LOVE THE PRINCESS AND MLs MOTHER. HEY MAM YOU NEED ANOTHER PARTNER FOR LIFE CAUSE I AM AVAILABLE!!! Anyway, I thought this story was finally wrapping it up and it SHOWS so far that that was probably going to be the case but not anymore now. Seriously the drama in this series was good and now FL can't even yell and scream at the shitty hem with all her heart LIKE SHE DESERVED TO THANKS TO THE R

After EVERYTHING Penelope has been through, Og Penelope will never know this was truly the case for her with her family. Our Penelope gets a chance to see him begging for forgiveness at this point and it's just??? Kinda ironic ain't it?? Og Penelope deserves this forgiveness as well but since it's our pen instead, she understands that not everything is all happily ever afters after this. Knowing how this game ends, knowing she failed to secure her freedom and being. Knowing she should push everyone away before they make her feel worse before DEATH.... but she's also human, she's also someone who doesn't want to really die, who manipulated others for safety and this just breaks her. Knowing things could have been different maybe in another life for og Penelope if she just had been given the chance and could communicate with her FATHER FIGURE. It's all such a tragedy, I can't help but cry for the both of them

This series is super messy but honestly a guilty pleasure of mine because of how messy it is lmao. I have no idea how this is gonna end truly but at this point they both deserve each other to rot in a middle of no where home and to leave the kingdom to those who could actually make a difference. I feel bad for the FL for sure but her codependent relationship with the ML is just so bad and MEEEESSSYYYY. The ML is absolutely crazy with for a good reason honestly and he could choke hold me in a heart beat and get me hot and bothered for it but seriously these two give me stress my fucking GODΣ( ￣□￣||)

YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS!!!! MORE OF OUR FAVORITE HUSBANDS!! But seriously the ballad made me fucking LAUGH for 5 mins straight like I can't stand these two, tsuge concerns are so valid but like yeah my guy. That's how crazy in love they are ヾ(☆▽☆)

Some of these comments on here just piss me TF OFF!!! Is he a victim? Yes. Is she?? Also yes. Does it excuse all his emotional and manipulative control over her?? NO ABSOLUTELY NOT. Does it excuse that she should have taken off with the only other adoring male character in her life instead of dealing with her husbands horse shit?? NO AS WELL!! BUT they are both traumatized individuals who are literally too toxic for a marriage environment now. Her killing herself was honestly in character sadly, him suddenly regretting now is too because he is legit dealing with imposter syndrome. He probably loved her at one point but it is NO excuse what he does to her now after said revolution. He wants revenge in every way possible and honestly he can go screw himself for that. She is definitely lacking too but again sadly for many reasons that is entirely reasonable then anything her stupid af husband is doing. I would have killed myself in that situation too personally, hoped the bullet would kill me and my unborn child instead LIKE REALLY TRULY. I hate how meek she is but I completely understand WHY. Again same with the ML, he had to deal with how the world truly works in the end with no perfect comfort in his life and weather he regrets it or not in the end, he could at least respect one wish and let her go. Not obsess over this stupid mentally draining revenge and honestly free himself over his imposter syndrome. This story seems very complex but I wont be rooting for the ML at ALL if ANYTHING I hope the FL runs away and never looks back. This man doesn't really deserve a "chance" if he's going to just shit on it whenever it's given to him even a little. Seriously hate these kinds of story's like this, ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS A ML OR A FL WHO ARE LIKE THIS. Real situation like sure but man this is not what I want to read about when getting AWAY from irl situations especially for women.
