it would have been perfect if it ended at them being together after realizing their feeling for each other. If the Author decides to make it a romance slice of life thing, then the storyline with realistic problems that comes with the age gap and life plan changes are perfect IF THE AUOTHER HAD ELLABORATED AND EXPANDED ON THOSE ISSUES. However, It feels like the author half-heartedly decided to write more and the result is = one chapter there comes all these problems, BOOM! next chapter they are separated, and BOOM! they have sex just like Mari said and everything is cool. Why the need?

...be yourself. I know most readers want him to be smarter and not trust people easily. But I think that is his strength. Not all investigations are just hide and find a scoop. Some needs interacting with people. And people could always tell when someone isn't trusting them. His trusting nature will open different doors, and will be useful in some other cases. Plus, though he trusts, he didn't let go of his investigation and did think Kaburagi could be right. Just give the dude a chance. Even if he's wrong.... I'd rather he make mistakes and learn on his own than simply trust his boyfriend.

What the fuck? Like, what the ACTUAL FUCK. I'm happy that they got a happy ending and I love the two of them together, but how the hell is everyone so chill that asaichi got blackmailed, raped, and tortured? Not to mention the people reading this actually like the brother? WHY!? It doesn't make sense AT ALL that the brother is even still in the story and not behind bars. If anyone (@yoru) actually cared about Asaichi they would've reported the shit out of the brother, regardless of the effects in Asaichi's reputation. Seriously. I've come across a lot of yaoi that involves rape but ive been able to "yaoi/fujoshi logic" it out (only for manga tho) cuz the rapist and vicim get a happy ending and the rapist doesn't hold ill will. But this is just UGHHH. I just can't believe the author decided to keep the freaking criminal in the story after all that he'd done and make the other characters not care that such an inhumane being goes unpunished smh i really like the couple but why does this freaking guy have to go and ruin th story. They. Would. Have. Gotten. Together. Eventually.
