No you're right even if it's fiction it should still be called out cause some people learn from fiction. Or they can't seperate fiction and reality (I had a friend that had this problem when I was in high school). They see something being portrayed as romantic or ok because the characters love each other and think it must be normal or ok behaviour when it's not. I think it's fine to enjoy reading a toxic romance as long as the messed up stuff is called out so we're not normalising it. If that makes sense?
