Any ideas where we can read the novel?
It use to be easy to read online bc translators were posting it weekly then after months of translating they randomly decided to get morals and took off their free translations of the novel lol
Not because of "morals"... Don't throw facts out of your ass. They had the legal obligation to take it down. Korean companies are bastards, that's why.
amazon kindle has 8 books of official English translations. As far as I remember book one ends when Agnes arrives.

Is it worth reading?
If your ok with slow moving plots then give it a try. The art is pretty and it has a pretty solid storyline. It's just moves at a very slow pace in my opinion. So if you're someone who doesn't like to wait. I suggest letting the chapters build some more. But If you love slow anticipation build storylines then dive in.
