I think because in this manga Jooin explicitly states that he didn’t know and was one of the main reasons he called it off, so most people are forced to realize that it was indeed rape while on other BLs the uke blushes and says he liked it. Jooin was very obviously uncomfortable by it so I really appreciate that from this manga
