It's sad but the more i read the more annoyed i am.. i think the author have run out of ideas of how this story will be interesting . .. All i've been reading this whole time circled around Yuki.. though there's asahi and haru.. If i were in uenoyama's shoes.. I'll break up with mafuyu.. How can I love someone wholeheartedly when the one you love will never move on to his late lover.. I can't .. it shows as if. Mafuyu's using uenoyoma to fill the void.. and that's fu***d up.. if you can't move on then better be alone and love him for eternity and don't enter a relationship if you still can't forget your past lover.. don't drag others in your half hearted relationships.. why can't they just put Yuki the guy to rest.. they're making yuki the reason of their sorrows .
if u really think that mafuyu is using uenoyama to "fill in the void" pls read this whole manga again cause i swear ure reading the wrong manga, cause clearly mafuyu just needed to heal and get over yuki and uenoyama was there to help him through all of that and in that process mafuyu fell in love w him. cant someone grieve over a past lover and move on with life with a new person without ppl calling their new s/o a rebound ?

eh what I'm getting from this manga is the characters trying to "make" Uenoyama into Yuuki (especially Hiragi and Mafuyu). That's not moving on, that's clinging to the past. Back then when they had their first concert that was when it seemed like they were moving forward a little bit but it all fell apart after akihiko/ugetsu/Haru love triangle.
no one is trying to make someone the new yuuki, just cause mafuyu can not forget yuuki doesnt mean it's romantic love he feels for yuuki, he was someone he spent so much time w and loved, mafuyu has moved on from him and truly loves uenoyama for who he is. on the other hand hiragi seems like he hasnt really sorted out his feelings and completely moved on but that doesnt mean hes trying to make uenoyama yuuki hes just wants to play the songs yuuki wrote and it just so happens that uenoyama is the substitute guitarist for those songs
well the manga is constantly doing the whole Uenoyama is as talented as Yuuki. Making him a guitarist for Hiragi is also kinda forcing him to be the second Yuuki etc. There are constant comparisons. I just don't feel like the author is trying to make Uenoyama into his own person. and honestly if what you are saying is what the manga intended then imo it did a pretty poor job. making Yuukis image flash for Mafuyu when he looks at Uenoyama doesn't look like moving on from me personally.
We'll the transitions of mafuyu's view, from uenoyama to yuki.. kinda says what it is.. and when mafuyu stayed overnight in uenoyama's place and thought the clock in his room was the same as in yuki's room.. .. .how would you feel if your lover says that in your face? I know loving someone with the same baggage as mafuyu takes a strong heart... I'm just saying I can't with that.. I've been trough that.. but in anyway if he did move on .. then congrats to both of them.. but we know at some point the rebound thing did happen..
