Umm this isn't exactly what you asked for but this made me think of "A Stepmother's Märchen" where the MC is a Villainess who lives together with the 4 children from her Husbands past marriage and she goes back in time (so not exactly Isekai but sort of) and becomes nicer to them.

Sorry, I don't know of any other stories where the protagonist is reincarnated into the villainous mother's body and raises a the villain child. There are a few comics where the protagonist is reincarnated as the mother and raises children, in case you're interested:
