I guess in this manga omegas are really rare and they are used for reproduction and population growth, so that’s why they had a huge emphasis on getting pregnant and having a lot of kids, plus I know they mentioned it in the chapters where it’s their duty to the government to help alleviate the decrease in birth rates. It made no sense to me too but I guess that’s just how this manga was set up
