Right?? He likes his boss so much it passes as a romantic kind of admiration but he grew up with a society that tells him same genders getting together is taboo. As such, his admiration turned to hate without him realizing it. There is a thin line between hate and love and that is so true.

After overcoming such taboo and discrimination he has towards gay people, he was able to admit that he himself is gay. The more i read it, the more i understand that its like a defense mechanism in yijin's part. He is in denial of his true identity as such he denies (and even more despises) people like him who are openly gay. And he had that too much traditional mindset going along with the traditional norms of the society.
