Spoiler - Someone said that Oscar is fully aware. In fact he wanted this to happen.
Oscar knows, there are 4 regressions and the 1st lifetime is the one that Ines and Carcel forgot, this is when the both if them are married and Oscar is the one who turns back time that's why he remembers all timelines.
All the spoilers aside, it’s been obvious to me that he knew ever since they were kids and he kept bullying Carcel after Ines chose to marry him.
How did Emiliano know?
When Ines chose him, it just came out of nowhere as if she's running away from something. Then in the current timeline, despite Ines remember him, Ines isn't chosing him, but Carcel. After his own rebirth, Emiliano can be sure when Ines running away with him it was actually Ines running away from her past life. Like what happen in current timeline, chosing life partner is a survival for Ines. It wasn't work when with Emiliano and certainly wasn't work with the past life before Emiliano. Ines has multiple rebirth with each time failed so far. That will be a valid nightmare.
