stories like this are the reason why we need to legalize same sex marriage. this is not merely a fictional story. i've had gay friends and acquaintances from all over south east asia, and some even in korea. just like what happened in this story, they weren't allowed to sign consent forms and stuff for their partner's operation because at the end of the day they're not married and therefore not acknowledged by the state. they also cant be each others emergency contact. in korea, my friend wasn't even allowed to visit his partner in the hospital because he's not family and since they're not married theyre not acknowledged as partners either.
its so sad because gay people here still live in fear. they still live with that heavy pressure of "getting married" and "having kids" to be seen as "normal" and to be accepted by the society. anyways, i just hope that in the near future we aren't held down by these old ideals anymore and we could finally be free. happy pride month everyoneee!!!
Yes I mean why do people care who people are with it’s no one else’s business honestly if a man can marry a women than why can’t people marry the same gender it’s not like we’re the ones marring them.
Why can’t people just mind their own business and let people live their lives happy and stop shoving your ass down people throats because they want love like anyone else
Happy Pride month
this is why i didn't like the second couple to begin with, first being homophobic and now this?! who are you to stomp on somebody elses trauma?? characters like him are the reason we have this toxic mindset on "character development", we basically think that anybody could do anything, LITERALLY ANY HORRIBLE THING, and say 'oh its okay he's gonna change'. wHat??!! seriously?? People should start analyzing their own morals before excusing them just cause "they had a past" or a mental illness. Honey, just cause they had trauma, or they had this certain mindset before doesn't justify that what they did was okay, it not okay and it will never be okay. Now we can be emphatic and acknowledge what he's gone through, his feeling are indeed valid at the end of the day, but if you defend him one more time by saying "that's how his character was just written" or "don't worry he'll change" then you're clearly problematic. Remember that Andy wasn't the victim here, and instead of siding with the real victim you chose to make excuses for the perpetrator.
hello, can anyone please explain what liam was saying this entire chapter?? dhskdgsk, i mean im sorry for the translator, you did a great job, but i really cant understand it. if someone could explain what his dialogues meant - even the gist of it, you dont have to translate bubble per bubble. i would really appreciate you (●´з`)♡
