yeah probably but he may still be the uke because most things from Law's point of view seem to have changed .
For instance, he said Jesse chose him especially when they first met, picked him out of the crowd ("hey blondie"), but now we see it was Mr. Chester who introduced him to Jesse in the flashback so it's possible that he was imagining him doing but it's actually him being done.
