Even if they technically are, they arent related by blood and they didnt even meet until they were adults. So I think its fine lol but it is funny to explain.
And the way I didnt even know that this was an omegaverse bc its not included in the tags. It feels like something the mangaka decided to throw in there from the middle to end. But I dont mind it.

Seno (black short hair, piercings and tattoos) has a massive crush on Natsuka (blondie) his fwb who actually has a massive crush on Hakushima (black a bit longer hair, looks prim and proper) since high school.
Hakushima goes to Natsuka’s house but he got angry and told him to go away. Hakushima crossed the street with a red light and crashed with Seno who was driving his bike. Hakushima enters in a 2 month coma and Seno sees this as his opportunity to feel loved by Natsuka, even if he had to be someone else, and makes the false scenario in which his and Hakushima’s souls swapped, basically manipulating Natsuka into loving Hakushima but in his body. He kept up the act for the 2 months Hakushima was in the hospital, and lived with Natsuka, had sex with him, basically acted like lovers and had an amazing time, but when he was busted he told Natsuka it was all for revenge and disappeared.
Natsuka looks for him everywhere, even goes to his hometown and that’s when he discovered that Seno was actually a classmate and that he was crushing on him since high school, just like he was for Hakushima, making him realize he fell in love with him (Seno not Hakushima), and when he finds him, Seno was badly malnourished, worrying him and confirming that he actually loved him, there he comes out to Hakushima as gay.
It ends in Seno and Natsuka dating (they love each other fr now) and Hakushima as a supportive friend.
