Basically it's nameverse BL. There was this famous anchorman that is now a voiceactor and he's like paid to do voice acting in the MC's company on a documentary about wildlife or whatever. MC's team fucks up because the script that they made him read was the unrevised one and he had to make this voice actor guy revoice it. He pretends he's his junior by name instead of giving him his real name. The giy that voice acts basically has his name on his collar bone area while MC doesn't have it. Danke to whoever finds it

About misunderstanding being nameverse - I was actually wrong and you were right. Misunderstanding is nameverse. I totally forgot that the ml's face blindness was due to the mc's name appearing on his collar bone.
I just got the story mixed up with blue name pressure because that is also a nameverse where the mc's name appears on the ml's collar bone - but that plot point in blue name pressure is way more significant than it is in misunderstanding.
Just wanted to clear that up!
