I am so pleasantly surprised to find out that this is one of those “mc died but then his soul is returned in the same world but in the body of a different person”. I thought it was just going to be a regular guideverse story, so I’m really happy that there’s more to it, especially because it has my favorite plot line to it.
Hi this is really late but I have an entire list of BL stories with this trope: https://www.mangago.zone/home/mangalist/2389320/
Sadly there’s only 7 on the list because this trope is still somewhat relatively new to Korean BL manwha
I don’t meant to be harsh (and I may have missed something because I was speed reading) but why didn’t the uke confess his own feelings? He kept pushing the blame on the Seme by thinking “he never told me he liked me”… why couldn’t the uke say it first to get a confirmation? Like why blame the Seme for not saying it when you haven’t said it yourself either?
Besides that, beautiful story.
Its not about seme saying I Love You, tho. It is about seme never actually making an effort for uke. Uke didn't confess his live verbally, but he did by actions. Who is willing to come abroad just because you say you miss them? Seme knew well that uke likes him. Yet he took it for granted. Now they only got together because it is convenient.
Highkey this manwha was all over the place, especially with the consistency of the seme’s job. He’s a doctor, teacher intern and a ceo or something? How does his family have so much power and influence even tho they’re just doctors? It’s not like they have influence in the business world?? Maybe I missed something. It’s whatever. It’s pretty rushed too and the uke just forgives him in the end. He definitely struggles to forgive him,,, but it still seems way too easy and quick. And then the blonde guy.. oh my god. He’s basically just fodder and only used to make the seme look better. I genuinely really liked those two little chapters explaining his interest in the uke but besides that,,, eh.. I will say tho that I feel like he tried harder than the seme but just did even more horrible things that outweigh his efforts. He’s a wasted character and could have been a somewhat likeable/redeemable second main lead if he hadn’t tried to SA the uke in hs and just calmed down a little bit. The story had potential but it just felt like the author decided to cram as many stereotypical richXpoor omegaverse tropes and cutesy-interactions-with-kids into it instead of actually investing in the story.
Brother what was this story Idc about morals and all that crap but this plot was just so… lacking? Confusing? Idk…there’s no explanation for why the train is like that or why that worker lied about the train not stopping or what the drug really was or .. just anything. At some point, I was really intrigued with finding out those questions but it seems like the author just forgot about it and only focused on sovie and zerkin and sex. What a shame.
Yippee! Another “ML dies and his soul is placed in the body of someone else in the same world, but only a few years later” love this trope so much
lmao poor dude tho its not even someone elses body its still his he jus kinda time traveled
He’s still in his own body but thought he died in the dungeon before waking up and finding out 8 years have passed
:O really? Oopsie my bad but thank y’all for telling me
