Then said “I have been married before and I have been engaged before. Do you want to be in a relationship with me?” ML cried because he knew he was given another chance to love the MC again. Well the next chapters will be about how deep was Ido’s trauma about the past. I think both the actions of the MC and ML are to blamed for why both ended up in the past situation in the first timeline but the real perpetrators was thr MC’s family. The father poisoned the MC’s mind thus the stealing. ML on the other hand thought that the MC never loved him thus the resentment and abused. He was angry but not enough to let the MC go. If just both communicated then none of that would had happened. The misunderstanding was only cleared when the ML imprinted the MC during the first timeline. The thing about the imprint in this story is that once imprinted both partners can share the memories, feelings, emotions of one another and that’s when the ML realized he effed up big time because his thoughts of MC not loving him was not right, the MC’s feeling were genuine all along. MC was just too scared that the ML will abandon him out of him stealing the file but little did he know the ML cares about Sejins love more than the file stole from him.

I understand their circumstances, but it felt so unfair for Ido to imprint Sejin without disclosing what happened in their past life first.
He could’ve at least given Sejin the right to process everything and let Sejin decide from there.
But instead, he imprinted him first, and I don’t know how to feel about it, kinda selfish.
Ido selfishly hid the memories of the past from Sejin so he would not have to force Sejin to accept his pityful redemption arc. It’s like, Ido never even gave Sejin the right to accept or reject all the good things he did to redeem his past deeds, and to me, that’s so unfair.
But anyway, it is what it is.
If I were the author, I would’ve written this differently, and would want to see Ido writhed in agony more.
